I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you don't have to go through life's challenges alone. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and heard.

I work with adolescents (12+), young adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship challenges. Together, we'll explore what may be getting in the way of the life you want to live and identify meaningful ways to move forward. I believe therapy isn't about fixing you,it's about helping you uncover your strengths, gain new perspectives, and build tools that support.

I take a holistic approach to counseling, considering the connection between emotional, mental, and social experiences. This allows us to look at the full picture and create support that is both personalized and impactful. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
