I work with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders consistently. When working with a client, we first establish goals that the client identifies as their primary focus and then explain options such as plans for different types of therapy and steps to the goal from personalized plans the therapist and client create together for a step-by-step process to ensure the client moves forward.
