I'm here to hear you. I am a person-centered, trauma-focused therapist committed to providing support, without judgement. Therapy with me is a safe space to be your whole self and work through the hard things. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD and Complex PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, adjustment issues, grief, relationship struggles, emotional regulation, parenting and family dynamics. I have worked with a diverse population of clients. I tailor my counseling approach based on what my client needs and what would fit each unique individual best. Some of my favorite approaches include EMDR, holistic, DBT, ACT, Somatic experience, and sandtray therapy. I am passionate about helping clients to feel seen, heard, empowered, and capable. I hope to be a helpful resource on your healing journey!
